Your Opportunity:

We are looking for amazing talents to join Dedale's HR team to identify and recruit the best talent to help us growing exponentially!

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates for all non-tech and tech positions in Paris. In addition, this role is also responsible for contributing to different projects and initiative at the global level.

Your Responsibility:

Global Talent Acquisition (80 percent)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas.

  • Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.

  • Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings

Strategic projects (20 percent)

  • Contribute the execution of strategic HR projects on a global scale, including but not limited to: Global Onboarding, Global Talent Management, Training and Development, Engagement Surveys, and Global Retention initiatives

Your Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience across diverse business areas.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • You are proactive, hyper-organized, effective and you have a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • You adapt quickly to new tools and changes.

  • You have experience with Ashby or any similar ATS (or you’re excited to learn!).
